Victoria Pile

Victoria Pile began writing for 'Not The Nine O'Clock News' while she was still a student, and went on to become a full-time sketch writer at the BBC before developing her own show ideas.

Vicky - as she is known - was behind the Emmy award-winning sketch show 'Smack the Pony', and BAFTA-winning comedy Green Wing. She has been responsible for numerous other comedy series, and throughout her career she has directed TVC campaigns for many major British brands.

Albert Bartlett
"Checkout the Roasts"
One of a pair of new commercials for Albert Bartlett's new range of frozen potato products which introduce us to Ann and Penny - a pair of women whose supermarket-based shenanigans is bound to be compared with the current Tesco campaign. Ann is a old-fashioned vamp of the desperate variety who is undermined by her younger Albert Bartlett-appreciating rival.
