Suzie Lavelle

Director of photography Suzie Lavelle has worked on some of the UK's most popular dramas, including Doctor Who, Sherlock, and Normal People.

The National Film and Television School graduate praises her alma mater at every opportunity, and is a role model for budding cinematographers.

This latest mash-up of Halifax and Oasis is more 'Sit By Me' than 'Stand By Me'. That's because the bank use a bench in Goole, East Yorkshire to convey their people-first approach (with Liam on vocals and Noel on guitar). Compared with this campaign's meandering launch film, the follow-up is more focused with some neat transitions to boot.
