Ruth Wardell

Ruth Wardell is an up and coming colourist honing who recently joined Okay Studio's growing team.

With a flare for painterly grades which evoke a nostalgic feel - while still managing to stay modern and fresh - she's one to watch now, and in the future.

Changing Markets Foundation
"Fossil Fashion"
A fashion film gets turned on its head in this thought-provoking spot for the Changing Markets Foundation. What seems like a routine preview of the latest looks is quickly overtaken by viscous black liquid, alerting viewers to the environmental cost of fast fashion. It's a lot more direct than H & M's celeb-focused response to accusations of greenwashing.
