British director Holly Blakey began her career as a choreographer, and her compelling, distinctive work soon earned her international acclaim. She choreographed promos for artists such as Young Fathers, Jon Hopkins and Florence and The Machine, winning awards along the way; then made the transition into directing. Nominated for Best New Director at the 2016 UKMVAs, she already has a reputation for visually lush, tightly performed commercial films for brands including Dior, as well as for music videos.
