Stefano & Alejandra

Stefano and Alajandra met in 2009 and they formed a directorial partnership around five years after that when they began shooting videos for a laugh.

They'd moved to Hamburg from their native Madrid during this time and it was there that that career began to flourish. They then made an even bigger move to San Francisco and it was while they were there that they became hot property.

According to one of the production companies that represents them, "they have an amazing reel of incredible stop frame animation, beautifully kooky music videos, offbeat commercials and absolutely gorgeous stills".

Shell are expanding the range of food available at their petrol stations, according to this, ahem, cheesy film. The animation work is nicely done, as a block of cheese snowboards down grater mountains, shaving shards of itself onto the brand's new "adventurous" gourmet hot dog. Petrol station nosh might not sound like the most appealing offer, but this film is sure to intrigue hungry drivers.
