Ogilvy UK

Ogilvy London is a large agency, but it's still pretty light on its feet. While it works with global big hitters, it knows how to stay in touch on the domestic front too; looking after quintessentially British brands in a way that their audiences really relate to.

The philosophy behind its enduring success is that a brand needs 'more than competitive advantage, it needs meaning in people’s lives.' By creating that meaning, Ogilvy's brands matter to their audiences.

"Turn Nothing Into Something"
We're all familiar with the situation - looking into a fridge which ostensibly contains all the ingredients for a decent meal and finding zero appeal in any of it. This commercial for Hellmann's encourages us to address that feeling head-on with a little culinary ingenuity, assuring viewers that anything can be improved by applying mayonnaise.
