The lorry driver in this McDonald's commercial has three reasons to be cheerful: first, he's on his way home. Second, he earns reward points for every purchase at Ronald's gaff. Third, he wasn't baked alive at Dover last month. Needless to say, there are no queues, border checks, or grim service stations in this carefree ad.
