Lucky enough to start out as a researcher to goliaths such as Jonathan Glazer, he racked up experience on over 400 commercials and used everything he'd learned to build up his own body of work. Great casting, empathetic storytelling and visual humour are his signature strengths.
Irn Bru "The Good, The Bad and The Orangey" It's been a while since the last big production for Irn-Bru, but this appropriately silly comeback is worth the wait. Set in a classic Western saloon bar, it opens with a disagreement about the flavour of the advertised drink, with one gunslinger claiming that it taste like "bubblegum" and another picking up notes of "tutti-frutti".
