Fun to write. Fun to make. Fun to watch.

Maltesers: “Magic” - 30s

The ongoing Maltesers campaign continues to use dryly-delivered yet broad comedy to remind the audience that this is the chocolate confectionery for the calorie-conscious.

This execution uses a familiar stand-by of the advertising for this product as one woman uses a silly contrivance to steal another's chocolate. It's simple and a good fit for the brand's values while also managing to draw attention to yet another new variant of Malteser. They've had so many now that we're surprised there wasn't a special round football-shaped snack for the World Cup... oh, hang on.
