Just-Eat: “Squadron” - 60s

Donna Summer's ‘Hot Stuff' provides the apt soundtrack to this 60" Just-Eat commercial, which sees the company's airborne delivery drivers descend on the nation's hungry, sofabound masses.

Riffing on pilots' radio chatter and unreliable moped engines, agency Karmarama offer a, er, heightened spin on the UK's fast food obsession. From serial night-inners to those ordering their once-a-week treat, this is the well-judged frontline of takeaway consumption.

Enlisting Donna Summer's dulcet tones doesn't do any harm, either, as her 1979 hit complements the brand's proposition well. Still, you'd think Just-Eat would take the opportunity to bombard one of their rival delivery outfits from above.
