Duracell: “Fantasy Football” - 30s

This wry Duracell commercial should chime with any fantasy football addict who's been undone by a misplaced click or swipe. When the protagonist's computer mouse bites the dust, he's left with every fantasy manager's worst nightmare: resting his hopes on an auto-selected kicker (for NFL amateurs, that's a points black hole).

His descent into gridiron paranoia is well-played, while the sardonic VO offers, er, limited sympathy for the man's electronic goof. Powering his mouse with the advertised batteries might have prevented such turmoilů though real managers would have also downloaded the game on their phone as a back-up.
