Budweiser: “Heart of a King” - 60s

This lofty offering from Budweiser puts the English Lionesses in regal company, as Queen Elizabeth the First's famous Tilbury speech sets out their Women's World Cup intentions with confidence.

A multidisciplinary cast - including actor Naomie Harris, author Zawe Ashton, and former England international Rachel Yankey - are dramatically lit as they recite the speech, words about having the body of the woman but the 'heart of a king' still relevant today.

There are choice lyrical substitutions made, of course, as using some of the original battle-heavy language of the text would feel overblown. As it is, this feels like a measured, self-assured assertion that the Lionesses fully believe in their ability to dominate on the field, football or otherwise.
