Stephen Pipe

After graduating from St. Martin's School of Art, Stephen Pipe spent fourteen years working as an art director at one of Londonís top advertising agencies before quitting to become a director.

In his first year in his new role he won a BTAA nomination for 'Best New Director'. Since then his quirky performance-based comedy has earned him a Gold Shark plus numerous D&AD nominations, and he received one of that organisation's much-coveted pencils for his Charmin commercial.

"Crossed Wires"
Plusnet explore the, ahem, joy of being able to video call your loved ones in this amusing ad. Craig Murray remains an affable spokesperson for the brand, as he fails to get a word in edgewise while on a call with his mother - who's more worried about his chip consumption than catching up on the latest news. Maybe best to pretend the webcam's on the fritz next time.
