St James's Place "Invaluable Advice" Frédéric Planchon is spectacularly good at hitting the emotional sweet spot, and scripts like this are firmly in his wheelhouse. Depicting a relationship over the years between a father (or a stepfather) and a daughter has become a frequently recurring trope of advertising, and when you see it done as well as this, it's little wonder that it's such a popular option for creative teams.
