Do not adjust the sound... the dialogue at the start of this commercial cannot be heard! This strangeness aside, it's a rock solid film designed to let punters know how quickly they'll be treated if they opt to use the advertised service instead of joining an NHS waiting list (though the comparison is not explicit).
