Since their beginnings at the start of the millennium, Karmarama has grown from 14 employees to over 300 and seems to have thrived on its Good Works mantra. The sensible decision not to have a separate digital silo reflects its down-to-earth approach towards clients and staff alike, as campaigns just do not work when every strand is cultivated in a vacuum. Lidl "Affordable Quality" Adland's yomp towards post-pandemic life continues with this hard-working spot for Lidl. Director Andrew Gaynord's camera roves across town to spotlight barbecues, drinks with friends, and impulse purchases from the middle aisle, as the supermarket depicts life in fullish swing again (though a night on the sofa remains acceptable).
