Royal Mail "In Good Hands" A few years ago, Royal Mail claimed that the future was in "safe hands". Fast forward to today, and the brand insist customers are in "good hands". Perhaps one day they'll combine the two for complete peace of mind. In the meantime, this sixty-second focuses on the hands that give and receive the post each day.
