Yoomin Lee makes the grade at MPC.

by Andrew MacGregor

MPC have added another canny operator to their midst by signing colourist Yoomin Lee.

Following a successful stint at Jogger Studios, Australia-born Lee now finds herself working with the likes of Jean-Clément Soret and Ellora Chowdhury - both of whom are thrilled to welcome their new colleague.

Soret, MPC's global creative director of colour grading, says: "Yoomin comes with a wonderful reputation as an artist and as a person. We are thrilled to see her coming to strengthen our team of great colourists."

Meanwhile Chowdhury, MPC's head of colour production, says Lee's "perfect balance of creativity and technical knowledge" can help the company maintain its high standards and deliver yet more "beautiful and inspiring work."

Such praise has already given Lee a boost, who says: "As a colourist, I can't think of a better place to work than MPC, a studio renowned for its incredible work. I'm thrilled to join their colour team and I'm excited to get stuck in."
