Pulse strike it lucky with LuckyMe.

by Andrew MacGregor

Pulse Films have added directing duo LuckyMe to their promo roster. The pair behind the collective are Peter Marsden and Dominic Flannigan who rose to prominence by directing promos for the independent record label also known as LuckyMe.

LuckyMe ensure each artist on their label stand out visually as well as musically - easy when youíve got Glasgow School of Art alumni on staff.

[LuckyMe] have an incredible strength of vision and a unique visual voice which is really refreshing.

As directors, LuckyMe shot this TNGHT promo. Blending childhood innocence and underground music, the piece underlines Marsden and Flanniganís edgy approach - good to know Elmo appreciates a bit of grime.

As luck would have it, LuckyMe already have new work to showcase. Together with Apple Music, the pair shot a series of promos to launch Luniceís debut album. Check out episode one below.

Pulse's Head of Music Videos Rik Green is already eager for more: "Iím excited to be working with LuckyMe. They have an incredible strength of vision and a unique visual voice which is really refreshing.

"We've been fans of their work for many years and can't wait to continue to build on their career as innovative filmmakers."
